Impressions of Kerbside Blossoms
It’s September, and Spring has filled our neighbourhood with flowers. Some of the small self-sown street trees are growing on the verge beside the kerb. Here, I have tried to capture a quite complex riot of buds, leaves and petals in an Impressionist manner. Oils on linen panel. 30.5 m high by 40.6 cm wide by 0.3 cm deep approximately.
