A dry creek bed through rain forest in the Mossman Gorge north of Port Douglas in Far North Queensland. The Mossman Gorge Centre promotes indigenous ecotourism, with a number of walks beside the rushing, clear water, boulder filled Mossman River. Indigenous First Nation’s people manage the Mossman Gorge Centre, billed as the gateway to the Daintree Rain Forest, Australia’s oldest.
